Dr. Harper is a very good dentist. My mother in law has had extensive work done by him and she says that his work has held better than any other dentist that she has been to. He is very nice and takes time with you to answer your questions. His assistants and office staff are very helpful too. We drive an hour to see him so that should tell you how much my mother in law trusts his work.
